The Kingston Economic Development Corporation (KEDCO) succeeded the Kingston Area Economic Development Commission (KAEDC) January 1,1998. The new KEDCO is an incorporated (not-for-profit) agency. KEDCO's role is to serve as the partnership between the City and those in the community interested in fostering local prosperity.
